Acceptable File Types are jpg and png.

Filenames should be in the form: YourName_TitleOfArtwork_Medium_Size.filetype (for example: WinstonChurchill_PondInTheBackYard_Oil_24x30.jpg)

File size should be around 1 to 2 megabytes and resolution 300 ppi.

2-d art should be photographed without frame or glazing. The photo should be taken straight on, with no distortions or skewing.

3-d art should be photographed against a neutral or blurred background.

Submit one image for 2-D art and up to 3 images for 3-D art. .

Incorrectly named, grainy or warped images will be returned to the artist who submitted them. The artist may resubmit after corrections have been made and before the submission deadline (the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 8 PM).
