Membership
East Valley Artists welcomes artists working in any medium, as well as those who are interested in art. We offer individual, family and student memberships. Benefits of membership include the opportunity to become an exhibiting member and participate in our exhibits, shows, and sales. Members are eligible for discounts on certain workshop fees and receive our monthly newsletter, Flourish.
Dues
$40 for an individual adult membership
$50 for a family membership
$10 for a student membership (must be 12 yrs old)
Exhibiting Membership
Members whose dues are paid for the current year may submit images 3 art works to be juried by club members. Club members evaluate the 3 works and cast ballots indicating whether they favor admitting the member as an exhibiting member. If a majority of votes are tallied in favor, the artist becomes an exhibiting member. Voting is held virtually via our website.
Although this process may seem a little daunting, we encourage all of our artists to become exhibiting members. If you have any questions about the process, contact any board member. Becoming an exhibiting member is not as difficult as it sounds.
Exhibiting members are allowed to participate in Artist of the Month competitions, the Annual Juried Members Show, rotating exhibits, and other events involving the display of club members' works.
